Quick Bio

I am a recent graduate from the University of Tennessee, with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. My major was journalism and electric media, with a concentration in sports communication. I also minored in business administration during my time in college. I worked for the University of Tennessee’s student newspaper, The Daily Beacon, and worked with the Tennessee Fund last fall. At the Daily Beacon, I wrote mainly about arts and culture, but have done news-focused stories as well as worked as the housing beat. I value the purpose behind my subject’s story in order to remain unbiased and present my readers with what remains important.
